FAQ

From registration to management accounting, from risk alerts to policy applications — start here.

Startup and entity set-up
How long does company registration take?

Once the name is approved, a business licence is usually issued in 3-5 working days when documents are complete. Industries requiring prior or special approval — food service, medical devices, HR services — add the licensing timeline on top.

How much registered capital should I set?

A subscribed amount still has to be paid, and shareholders are liable up to what they subscribed. Set it according to real business need and risk tolerance rather than copying competitors — and align it with any tender or qualification thresholds that apply.

What is the problem with collecting company money on a personal card?

Long-term use of personal cards separates the books from the real business, leaves costs with no channel and keeps shareholder accounts outstanding for years. As an early stopgap it is understandable, but as scale grows it needs to be closed out step by step: concentrate income into the company account, route spending through a petty-cash process, and paper and regularise shareholder accounts.

Bookkeeping and management accounting
Why is low-cost bookkeeping so cheap?

Usually three places: thinner books (entry only, no questions asked about the business), fewer people (one accountant carrying hundreds of clients) and the risk left with you (no questions about where invoices came from, no flags on related-party risk). It will pass filing, but it will not tell you what is happening in your business.

When should I move from bookkeeping to management accounting?

When you start needing answers to “which product earns, which client loses, how long the cash lasts”. Statutory books face outward, management books face decisions — they do not conflict, they stack.

Can you take over and clean up messy legacy books?

Yes. We rebuild the data starting from bank and payment-channel statements so the numbers hold up, attribute long-standing variances item by item, then unify the conventions in writing — after which it flows straight into regular bookkeeping or management accounting.

Risk control and inspections
What should I do when a tax risk alert arrives?

Do not reply in a hurry. First establish which segment the alert points to — revenue conventions, cost structure, how invoices were obtained, or the path of funds. Second, reconcile that period against the ledgers, the filed returns and the bank statements. Third, only once the facts are clear decide how to communicate and what to remediate.

What should I watch out for in an equity transfer?

Transfers by individuals usually involve personal income tax filing: obtain the tax-paid or exemption confirmation first, then register the change. Reversing the order gets the registration rejected. Also review the paid-up capital position and any outstanding related-party balances.

Policy benefits and equity
Where is the difficulty in the R&D super-deduction?

In the basis for aggregation. Staff time and cost allocation need traceable records, and R&D must be accounted for separately from production. We normally build a project ledger first, then complete the documentation against policy requirements to form the filing working paper.

Do you promise how much tax can be saved?

No. We do not promise specific refund or reduction amounts; we are accountable for the compliance of the aggregation basis and the completeness of the filing. Applicability and final outcomes rest with the competent authorities.
